Schoolkids Pet Giant Python
This is the touching moment 50 kids who had never been to a zoo before had their first encounter petting a giant python. The schoolchidren from an elementary school in Bali, Indonesiawas were taken for a day out to the Lombok Elephant Park. They were amazed by the 16ft long snake which remained calm on the ground while they stroked it. ''The children were so happy. It was some of these kids first time out of their village," said Dallas Jackson from the Endri Foundation which helped to organise the zoo trip.
