London rental scammer caught on film

Looking on gumtree to rent a apartment in London, I found a great studio for £800 a month, arranged to view the property. When I arrived the man was dressed smart and showed us around the studio. We agreed to rent the property, signed the contract and paid via bank transfer,. One month rent and one month deposit. We returned the next day to start moving our things but the keys did not work, the number we had for the letting agent did not answer. We could not go to the police as this was classed as online fraud so we submitted online. We heard from the police bu they couldn't do anything. The property was rented via airbnb with fake account and the money transferred was with a stolen bank account. I felt a bit suspicious at the time and this is why I recorded. I was reassured paying by bank transfer but they cleared the account so no money was recovered and the money was taken from us. I hope I catch this guy one day. Anyone with information about the fraud should call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
