The Dong Tao chicken has reddish scales on its legs and they tend to weigh around 6 kilograms. A pair of it can be sold for a whopping $2,500.

The animals are primarily raised in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam and quite difficult to support, so their numbers are still quite small.
