Watch: Hungry monkey eats food scraps from trash can in southern India
A video has emerged of a monkey eating leftovers from a trash barrel in southern India.
The incident took place outside Bengaluru City Railway station in Karnataka on July 23.
Visual shows the primate, sitting on a parapet, eating the leftovers from a waste bin.
It is just one of the sad moments when animals such as monkeys are seen consuming thrash in order to satiate their hunger.
This is not the first time monkeys are filmed eating leftovers.
Many videos showing monkeys, chimpanzees and gorillas consuming food waste are widely circulated on social media these days.
