A large concrete block landed on a woman with a baby in her arms after it fell from the outer wall of a residential building in northern China.
The terrifying video, filmed in Gongzhuling city in Jilin province on July 22, shows a large concrete block suddenly striking a woman carrying a seven-month-old baby in her arms, knocking her down onto the ground after she stepped out of a shop.
Nearby people rushed to pick up the baby and tried to help the woman.
According to reports, the concrete block fell from the outer wall between the fifth and sixth floor of a residential building.
The baby only had minor scratches but the woman suffered serious injuries. The case is under further investigation.
