Travelling the world for one and half years so far our bags mean a lot to us and carry our whole lives in them. When given a window seat we looked out the window while waiting for the plane to fill up with passengers we saw the boys loading the luggage and as soon as I saw my bag get broke we decided it best to record so we had proof to take to the airline to claim damages. He then threw a suitcase which fell on top of a baby stroller which snapped. The woman at the other end destination wasn’t very happy we had taken the video also as nobody could deny what hadn’t happened and how badly this man handled people’s belongings when you pay for a flight you expect your luggage to be treated with respect and arrive in one piece The video was taken on a virgin Australia flight from Sydney to Samoa with a transfer in Fiji it happened in Sydney airport. So we had a few hours worry about how we would travel with a broken backpack
