Mongolian national cuisine or how to cook a lamb head

What is in this video? During my trip to Mongolia, I stopped by to visit these nomads. I was treated to a national dish, boiled lamb head. The entire cooking process was shot on video. At first they cut the lamb's head, then they burned it with fire. During cooking, the Mongol always threw stones at the cauldron. This helped to reach a high temperature. Before eating, the Mongols take these hot oily stones and throw them from hand to hand until they cool. This action has a good effect on health and psychological state. Only then everyone starts eating.
