A man has been caught stealing under garments of his neighbor from the backyard of his house on November 28 . Lingerie was continuous disappearing from School teacher Satish house located in Marashetty villagde in Shivamogga district while he keep in in backyard to get it dried after washing it . Baffled Satish to find out the truth installed the cctv footage , later he found that one of his neighbor who is also his relative named kumar entering his backyard and stealing lingerie . Satish approached village heads ( for panchayat) . At panchayat Kumar’s family threatened Satish and a scuffle happened . Now both the parties have filed a police complaint against in each other at police station .
