Firefighters in southwestern China rescued two overweight pigs that fell into a septic tank and got stuck there.

The video, shot in the county of Dejiang in Guizhou Province on December 16, shows a fireman standing inside the septic tank to push the pig while other firefighters pull the rope attached to the pig and trying to release it from the tank.

The pigs can be heard screaming loudly during the rescue.

Since the two pigs were too heavy and the stone plate underneath could not bear them, they fell into the septic tank and got trapped.

The pigs were both rescued successfully.

12月16日，贵州德江县一农户猪圈内，因为两头猪体重过重，猪圈垫的石质盖板无法承受猪的体重，不慎断裂，两头猪掉落猪圈下方的粪池中。当地消防部门接到报警后，立即出警。救援现场，消防指战员穿着农户的连体防水裤跳进粪池中，利用救援绳索对猪进行捆绑，由于猪受到惊吓，在捆绑过程中拼命挣扎，使救援陷入困难。 经过多名消防员配合尝试后，成功将猪绑住并救出粪池。
