'Low Tech' Builders Jump On Plank To Sink Post Into Ground
A group of shirtless and barefooted builders show off their method of sinking concrete posts into the ground - balancing on a plank and jumping up and down. The lads were seen carrying out construction work at a posh private school on the Sukhumvit Road area of Bangkok, Thailand, on December 29. Seven of them balanced on the concrete post like a see-saw before jumping on it with all their weight to force it into the ground. ''It wasn't exactly high-tech,'' said the onlooker who filmed them. ''But it did get the job done. They must have saved money by doing it like that instead of hiring machinery.''
