As a series of articles recently pointed out the fact that protesters seemed subdued or incapable of mobilizing, February 29 was the occasion for protesters to show to the Hong Kong government that they were neither subdued nor appeased. As frustration grows in the general population as to the handling of the coronavirus crisis by the Hong Kong government, protesters made a show of force on 29 February 2020 as they marked six months since the Prince Edwards station incidents This evening, umbrella walls, molotov cocktails and various projectiles responded to shots of tear gas on Nathan road, near Prince Edwards.
