SOT, "passed away and just came to pick up his belongings and driving
down the hill the flag is not at half staff, and i am besides myself,
i want to do it myself and i dont think i can, i think its an utter
disgrace. This needs to be done, people are dying, veterans are dying
every day, they should just go out and do it, this is shameful and I
don't understand. Something went wrong totally wrong it needs to be
addressed.

Kyle: How did it feel confronting the staff in person

Citizen: I thought i was much calmer in person, im angry, this is
simple, lower the flag, i dont know why they cant give respect to them
(veterans)
