Bullying and violence happened to a 12-year-old boy named Rizal, while selling fried foods in Bonto-bonto, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The bullied action video that happened to him is circulating and viral on social media.

After the video went viral, police officers finally arrested eight people who carried out the bullying. Including perpetrators who participated in recording acts of violence against fried seller.

The eight perpetrators were then taken to the Pangkep Regional Police Station and underwent a police inspection. Rizal, who was a victim, was also taken to the police station for questioning.

Pangkep Police Chief, AKBP Ibrahim Aji said "this incident occurred at 05.30 pm. At that time Rizal was selling jalangkote (traditional fried food) while carrying a bicycle. At the scene Rizal was resting and jokingly saying he was a hero. Then the main perpetrator came and sat on the perpetrator's motorbike. Rizal folded the license plate of the vehicle which made the perpetrators angry and carried out acts of violence against rizal. The perpetrators at night had been arrested and examined at the police station ".

After the video of a bully action against a viral victim, many sympathized and came to the victim's house. Victims were even given bicycles by people who were sympathetic to the incident.

Dahlia, the victim's mother said, "I am touched. I am happy and sad for this incident. I am grateful to those who helped my child. Some gave money, bicycles, basic food. His father was also a fried food seller. My hope is for people who bully not to repeat. I keep forgiving the perpetrators but the legal process continues ".
