Man cools off in fountain without his clothes as temperatures hit 38C in Vietnam
CONTAINS NON FULL-FRONTAL NUDITY: This is the bizarre moment a man was seen cooling off without his clothes in a public water fountain in Vietnam as temperatures reached 38C.
Shocked onlooker Nguyen Huy Son said she was on a motorcycle with a friend when they saw the strange local splashing beside the road in Cai Rong, Vietnam on May 18.
He appeared to have been overwhelmed by the blistering heat as Southeast Asia enters into its hottest time of the year before its monsoon season.
Nguyen said: "The weather has been really hot in the past few days. Maybe he couldn't bear it anymore and decided to have a swim. But he should have kept his clothes on.''
In the video, the unidentified man is seen splashing himself with the fountain water. His clothes and other belongings are sitting on the wall next to him.
Under the Vietnam laws, the fine for nudity in public places varies from VND60,000 to 100,000 (up to US$5).
