Sea otter family plays on sand in the Philippines
Adorable footage shows a family of sea otters spotted playing in the sand on an island of the Philippines on August 25. Police Major Alpaser Haber of Municipal Police Station Taganak recorded the video when he saw them near the station on Taganak Island, among the Turtle Islands.
He said that after the pups had been born, two men were standing near the den when the adult female ran out and bit one on the thigh. The other man started to run, stumbled, and she bit him too. Alpaser said: "I immediately contacted the right person to turn on the otters to check on their condition. It's just nice to see them because they look so happy together.
