Car enthusiast builds working Batmobile replica in Vietnam
A car enthusiast in Vietnam built a fully-functional Batmobile.
Tien Dat recorded his friend Nguyen Dac Chung’s custom car which is a life-sized replica of the iconic Batmobile on October 13.
He said that his friend is also the owner of a cosplay production facility where had the practice to create things in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Tien Dat said: 'I am so proud of him because at a young age he was able to build his dream car.'
The owner, Nguyen Dac Chung, 22, is an architecture student in Hanoi who is a Batman fan.
Nguyen began the project in 2019 and has so far spent ten months and a whopping US$21,600 (VND500 million).
The replica he built measures almost four metres long, almost three meters wide, and 1.5 meters high. It seats two people and can travel on a straight road at a maximum speed of 100 km per hour.
