Mc Royce Sabangan wanted to buy some snacks so he hailed the floating vendor in Phu My, Vietnam on October 7.
He said: ‘It is unusual to see a vendor in the middle of the sea, so whenever we see them, we always grab the chance to buy our favourite snacks.’
