In the video, the white dog named Snow uses its paws to carefully reach the top of the wire fence in Nueva Ecija province, the Philippines on January 23.

Pet owner Marissa Nagum Flores encouraged her eight-month-old pooch before it was able to overcome the blockade and run outside.

Marissa said: "My pet dog always wants to play outside and climbs this fence we put to keep them in the house. He was determined and made it to the top."
