Forest officials rescued One & half day old Leopard cub & ReUnited with his mother in Western India.
One & half day old Leopard cub rescued & United with his mother in Western India.
The one-day-old newborn cub had fallen the night. The next day the farmer went to the farm where he saw some unusual sound coming from near the spot. The Farmer meanwhile, informed the RFO and the team that he was found to be a Leopard cub. Anand Kumar, DFO, Vyara Forest Department, when he came to know about the incident, We rescued him sending a cage inside the pot and gave him first aid.
The forest department, on the other hand, said that the baby was small, the mother would get upset and cause harm to the area.
Vyara Forest Department team was informed and the cubs were taken into custody. The one-day-old female cub was found to have undergone primary treatment and was immediately reunited with her mother said Anandkumar, DFO, Vyara
The whole incident where Leopard took the baby was captured on CCTV. Cameras were set up around the place where the cub was to be released by the Forest Department.
The mother Leopard came during the night and took his baby safely and the whole incident was captured on camera.
The incident happened in Kanala village of Songadh taluka of Tapi district.
