Far-left activists hold an anti-repression and police demo in the German city of Leipzig
Around 500 far-left protestors took to the streets of Connewitz in Leipzig to protest against police repression on the left wing scene in the city.
This comes after numerous police raids on left-wing activist houses in the city and also in response to the imprisonment of an anti-fascist activist named Lina since November of 2020, who was accused of being the ring leader of a militant anti fascist group in Leipzig.
Despite the high police presence, the demo passed off peacefully.
