A number of arrests were made in Berlin on October 11 during a Pro-Palestine rally in the city. The police have called a ban on all Palestine related events due to the risk of hate speech and breach of anti-semitism laws. This rally comes less than a week after Hamas militants attacked Southern Israel which resulted in 100's of Israelis being killed. The demonstration was called in support of Palestine as Israeli forces have began to bombard Gaza in response to the attacks in Southern Israel. During one of the arrests police officers can be seen choking a man who yells "I can't breath", before being put into a prisoner transport vehicle.
