Traffic jams are being formed as hundreds of tons of lychees are transported through Bac Giang, Vietnam.

Footage from June 14 shows dozens of motorcyclists carrying baskets stacked with the fruit stuck in traffic.

The province is known as the "lychee kingdom" as 90 percent of the area is used to grow the fruit.

Each day during lychee season more than 8,000 motorcyclists transport the fruit.
