This video of the Ghanaian Olympics Track and Field team dancing on the streets of Tokyo will give you that Friday feeling.

The crew of athletes were captured on camera by Nadia Eke in the Olympic Village in Tokyo, Japan as they danced their way back to their hotel room after practice.

Nadia, 28 the Ghanian triple jumper who was notably flying her teams flag at the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics said:

“I love to share my joy of dancing with everyone; given how tensed and intense the Olympic games village has been I wanted to spread that joy with other athletes to remind us why we are really here.”

“Athletes in the village appreciated the spark of joy we brought and so far most people have been really receptive to the content.”

“Life is meant to be lived! As long as you have life, you must fearlessly share it with the world.”
