A new video has emerged from Kabul airport showing scores of Afghans clinging to the outside of a plane in their desperation to leave the city after the Taliban take over.

In the footage, which was recorded on August 16 and sourced with permission, hundreds crowd the airport tarmac as they seek a way out of the capital.
