US teen discovers perfectly-preserved abandoned diner from the 1950s
This video shows the moment a teen holidaymaker discovered an abandoned diner from the 1950s - that was in PERFECT condition.
Rylee, who asked to withhold her surname, stumbled upon the perfectly-preserved, abandoned diner whilst exploring a forest on holiday.
15-year-old Rylee, from Orlando, Florida, was vacationing in Tennessee with her family when she heard there was a building in the forest of their rental property.
They went to explore and found the mysterious building - a diner and Texaco gas station from the 50s - deep in the woods.
They weren’t allowed to enter the property, but that didn’t stop them from falling in love with the deserted diner.
Rylee said: “We were all in awe of the beauty of the house, the decor and surrounding area. It was so mysterious and beautiful.
“Initially, I only filmed the building and surrounding areas. We couldn’t go in, so I just tried to capture the entire area.
“I uploaded the videos to TikTok as I wanted to remember the moment myself, but also let others soak in the beauty of it.
The video gained a huge response, with over 3 million views and over 8000 comments of people wanting to know more."
