Why would this road construction driver think it would be a good idea to speed to overtake this lorry? While driving down this road in Keelung city, this construction driver thought it would be smart to overtake this massive lorry while on a bridge. This almost resulted in the moped rider crashing into the vehicle ahead or swaying towards the right-hand wall. This could have led to serious injuries and damages.
