DFDS to suspend short-lived Calais to Sheerness, UK unaccompanied freight ferry
DFDS have announced they will be suspending their unaccompanied freight service from Calais to Sheerness due to 'operational difficulties' until further notice.
The short-lived service only recently started operating in July 2021 using ship 'Maxine', which is shown in this footage departing Sheerness in Kent this morning (January 13).
The last sailing of the ship take place tomorrow (January 14).
