Video captured the moment of the brave man saving the life of a girl trapped in a burning house in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire suddenly broke out in the two-story house. Everyone quickly moved out. However, the fire broke out so fiercely that one person on the 2nd floor could not get out. Witnessing the fire, even though he did not have any tools or equipment in his hand, a man still bravely climbed onto the corrugated iron roof, overcoming the thick smoke to bring out the people trapped inside the fire. The little girl was brought out as thick smoke enveloped the door.
The man's name is Trung Van Nam, he said that while he was eating, he heard the people around him shouting about the fire rising from the house.
Seeing that the fire was burning, the man and everyone took out a fire extinguisher, but the fire was getting bigger and bigger.
The man heard the cry for help on the second floor and quickly climbed up to break the window to save a 14-year-old girl out. A few seconds later, the fire broke out and consumed the second floor of the house. If it was only a few seconds late, the man wouldn't have saved the girl.
Firefighters quickly arrived and tried to put out the flames.
The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
