McDonald’s customers spot a 4ft cat prowling for food
This is the moment stunned staff and customers at a McDonald’s spotted a large cat prowling for food.
Jon Middleton, 40, captured the beast on film in Doncaster, South Yorks., on Saturday, January 31.
Video footage sees the sandy, fawn coloured cat rummaging around in the hedges just yards from McDonald's customers.
Jon said he had no idea what the animal was, but estimated it was around 4-4.5ft and 'three times the size of a domestic cat'.
He said the cat had a distinctive striped tail and ‘leopard print’ markings.
Jon said: “Everyone who saw it was absolutely stunned.
"It was very muscular and very cautious in the way it was moving around, like it wasn’t used to being near to people.
"I literally just did a double take when I saw it and others were the same.”
Captured on the 31st Jan 2022.
