Military aircraft crashes after wing touches runway
The pilot of this Beechcraft Model 18 seemingly lost control as he suffered a wingtip strike during a failed take-off. This sent the plane drifting sideways until it eventually flipped over. The audience watched in shock at the Melun-Villaroche Aerodrome but fortunately the pilot came out with only a broken nose.
