Video captured the moment of Residents trying to collect their belongings as floodwaters flood their homes in Quang Ninh, Vietnam.
According to locals, the heavy rain caused by tropical storm Ma-on caused their area to be severely flooded. Floodwaters flooded their homes and washed away their belongings. People quickly moved things up, but still couldn't keep up with the rising speed of the water.
The woman shared that she did not expect floodwaters to overflow so quickly. People were just trying to move important furniture before the water rose.
Tropical Storm Ma-on made landfall in northern Vietnam, causing the area to be affected by heavy rains. Within hours the floodwaters had risen and isolated many areas.
