An armed man wearing Nazi symbols broke into a school in Izhevsk, Russia, on September 26, and killed 17 people including 11 children.
22 minors were injured in the shooting.

This footage shows the situation outside the building where dozens of people and emergency services gathered. At the time of the filming, the shooter was still alive.

The clip begins with a stand-up which translates into English as:

"This morning in Izhevsk, the capital of the Udmurt Republic, a terrible tragedy occurred: a man entered the school and opened fire. He shot at security guards, teachers and schoolchildren. 13 people were killed. In Udmurtia, mourning is declared until September 29".

The gunman, who was a former student born in 1988, committed suicide after the shooting.

The tragedy in Izhevsk occurred on Monday morning, September 26. Local school 88 was attacked by its former graduate born in 1988, armed with two traumatic pistols converted to live ammunition. A man, dressed in a black T-shirt with Nazi symbols and a balaclava, killed a guard and started shooting at everyone he saw. After the shooting the attacker committed suicide.
