Patients in central China received IV drips while sat in their own cars because clinics were full.

Video filmed in the city of Xinyang in Henan Province on December 12 shows patients sitting in parked cars hooked up to IV drips hanging on portable stands.

According to an insider, the clinic full due to an increase in patients after cold weather.

A worker in the clinic said it is peak season for respiratory diseases in, so there were more patients. The waiting time was at least an hour and a half.
