Actor Laurence Fox and Reverend Calvin Robinson joined activists from Turning Point UK as they staged a demonstration to protest a non-existent drag event for children at a venue in south-east London (March 10).

A hundred LGBT+ counter-demonstrators assembled outside East Dulwich's The Great Exhibition pub in a bizarre scene, after a spokesperson issued a statement saying that no such event was listed that day - with the last children's drag event taking place last July, and the monthly event was not updated on the pub's website.

The protest against children's drag queen events follows two seen in recent weeks - one outside the Tate Britain museum and another outside the Honor Oak pub in Forest Hill.
