前几天下午四点左右，正在瑞金境内厦蓉高速公路隘岭收费站执勤的民警对一辆车牌为闽C87Y67号小型普通客车检查时，当问及驾驶员车上坐了几个人，驾驶员的回答却支支吾吾。
打开后备箱后，只见一名四十岁左右的男子蜷缩在后备箱里，没有任何安全防护。
你这后备箱还藏人啊？你这坐的下啊，坐的舒服吗？这是怎么回事？你不是说五个人吗？超员了，这个师傅，核载五人，实载六人，还后备箱坐一个人。坐都坐不下，你还坐个大人，坐这么多人。
随后，民警对驾驶员邱某进行了严厉的批评教育。
最终，民警对其违法按照相关交通安全法规定，对驾驶员罚款200元，驾驶证记6分。
