A woman fed up with her boyfriend’s loud snoring has found a way to make money from his constant wheezing – and social media users love the bizarre confession.

Ana Malfair, 26, and her partner Luis, 33, have been sharing a bed since last year.

While they are very happy to have moved in together, there’s one issue that keeps recurring: Luis' constant snoring.

It gets so bad that Ana struggles to get a good night’s sleep – and is left even more infuriated by her boyfriend saying it’s not that bad.

To prove him wrong, she recorded Luis in the act – and the result is hilarious, having left millions of TikTokers in stitches.

”He would always deny it, so of course I did the obvious thing,” Ana, who is based in Mexico City, Mexico, said.

“I got proof through [a sound] recording because a video would be awfully creepy.

“When I showed [played] him the audio he thought it was hilarious, so I kept recording him whenever I got the chance.”

After a year’s worth of snoring, Ana had a brilliant idea: why not share the recordings with the world?

Approaching a few musician friends, they helped her upload the sounds to Spotify – where the ‘songs’ have even made her some money.

She said: “[…] it honestly just started as something funny, like he said he didn't snore and now everyone can hear them!”

The first song was uploaded in 2022 and has attracted global attention.

Ana said: “I had a load of listeners from all over, including Mexico, USA, and even Japan!”

The Spotify account, called Snoring machine, has over 15,300 monthly listeners with its most popular song to date being "Light Snoring."

The savvy girlfriend has so far made £25 – just enough to buy some really good earplugs.

Ana said: “So far I have made £25 ($32.51).

“And I get updates every month, so I’m excited to see how it grows!”

She later shared her story on TikTok ( ), captioning the clip: “Everyone can be an artist.”

In the video, the camera shows the ‘snoring playlist’, as Ana explains where you can download it and what it sounds like.

The clip has gone viral with over nine million views, 910,000 likes and thousands of comments from users.

Julieta said: “Why do I feel envious that my boyfriend doesn't snore??”

Mona added: “I got a good laugh out of this video, what a good idea!”

Someone else added: “Show me how because I have plenty of material!”

One person said: “I have a snoring puppy, does that count?”

“Will my cat's purrs sell the same?” asked Valen.
