Indian bridge collapses for SECOND TIME and splashes into Ganges River

A bridge that was under construction on India's Ganges River collapsed splashing into the water and triggering the formation of a huge dust cloud on June 4. The incident took place in the eastern state of Bihar and was captured by a local journalist, Gautam, and shared with his permission.

This is the second time that the structure has collapsed. Its construction started in 2015.

The Indian government has launched an investigation into the bridge fall.
