Info from Licensor: "The man in the video had attempted to fight the police officers and was given multiple warnings despite making repeated advances and threats. The officers warn him again at the start of the video them turn their backs to try de-escalate further and he approaches them again from behind resulting in the push out of self defence. The officer who shoved is an authorized officer not a sworn officer and the uniformed officer in blue decided to make the arrest because of the continued attempts by the man."
