I filled up my car in the petrol station and went to go and pay in the shop, upon making my way into the shop I thought I would take out my payment and reward card to save time at the counter, I was busy trying to release my reward card as it was stuck, I did not see the kerbstone quickly coming closer and closer as I was concentrating too much on getting my card out, I then kicked the high kerbstone which sent me into a trip followed by me taking flight and landing on all fours, I was so embarrassed that I got up and looked around to see if anyone had seen my unfortunate event, yes I had a lot of witnesses but somehow my daughter that was sat in my car didn't see anything but my head pop up as she thought I had dropped my phone,my daughter said I had a sheepish look on my face when I exited the shop, she knew instantly that I had fallen over! When inside the shop a lady ran out of the office to ask if I was ok, the man behind the counter asked if I was ok, the male customer stood open mouthed looking at me, I tried to tap and pay but it wanted my pin number so I had to spend longer in the shop than I had wanted to, hence I paid as quickly as I could and got out of there and have not been back since!
