This super geek installed Windows 7 on his old 2012 Apple Mac computer.
Tech fanatic Apirak overran the default macOS operating system (OS) on the decade-old desktop and replaced it with the Windows 7 software instead.
Footage shows how the techie used a hard drive to run the Windows OS on the Apple hardware, with the familiar startup sound ringing on the opening screen.
Apirak said he runs a computer repair shop in Bangkok, Thailand, and was familiar with both operating systems since he liked to fiddle with gadgets.
Windows 7 is an operating system released by multinational US tech company Microsoft in 2009. It succeeded the Windows Vista and was replaced by Windows 8 in 2012.
Extended support for Windows 7 ended in January 2020, as updates to the version of the operating system was stopped.
The iMac is Apple's line of desktop computers which debuted in August 1998. Over the years, Apple has released multiple generations of the iMac with various design updates and technological improvements.
