A man claimed to have witnessed the disturbing scene at a "Zhengxin Chicken" outlet where he alleged that rodents were scurrying around the premises.

The man said: "I felt like I was going to throw up, and I'll never eat there again."

The Zhangjiajie Market Supervision Bureau swiftly responded to this alarming revelation, revealing that the implicated establishment was a franchise of Zhengxin Chicken situated under the jurisdiction of Guanliping Street, Yongding District.

Market supervision authorities have promptly sealed off the outlet, initiating a thorough investigation into the reported breaches of the law and regulations.
