Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel were seen arriving for polling day duty in Beawar on Friday 24 November.

They will be among the security provided for the Rajasthan Assembly elections on Saturday 25.

It is expected to be a race between the Congress Party, who are currently running the state, and the main local opposition, the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), who are also the party running the national government.

Congress has highlighted the work and plans of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's government, during its campaign.

There are 199 assembly constituencies up for grabs in the vote.

The main contest in the state is believed to be between the ruling party Congress and the main opposition party BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party). In this election, the Congress sought support from the public by highlighting the work and plans of its Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot government.

Let us tell you that there are 200 meeting seats in Rajasthan. However, Congress candidate Gurmeet Singh Kunnar from the Karanpur seat passed away. As a result, 199 seats will be voted on. According to a statement from the Election Commission, voting will take place on November 25 in 199 assembly constituencies of the state, for which all preparations have been completed.
