A little boy shattered beer cans by throwing playing cards at them in China.

Footage shows the seven-year-old Zhang Xinhao standing 5ft away from three hanging drinks from a thread as he aimed at them in Heilongjiang province on June 4.

Zhang then let go of the card which pierced through one of the cans, and burst it open. He repeated it to the second and third cans and successfully slashed both.

According to his relatives, the kid had been practising the sport for more than two and a half years and had won a number of certificates and awards. He was the youngest member of the Chinese Flying Card Club.

Card throwing, also known as card tossing or card flinging, is a fascinating and surprisingly competitive sport where players hurl playing cards at targets with incredible accuracy and force.
