STANDUP 1 (English): OHOOD AL-JAGHOUB, Xinhua reporter in Ramallah
"Intense ground operation and fighting persists between the Israeli army and the Palestinian armed groups across most of the Gaza Strip, focusing on the central areas including al-Bureij, al-Nuseirat and al-Maghazi refugee camps. Numerous Palestinians have been reported killed in the last 24 hours, and the roads connecting those camps have been destroyed.
Due to the ongoing fighting, along with the lack of electricity, limited fuel and disrupted telecommunications, the catastrophic conditions in Gaza are worsening. The Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres stated four days ago that four out of five of the world's hungriest people are in Gaza.
Despite the hostilities and the unprecedented death toll, and the challenges hindering international aid organizations in carrying out their missions in Gaza Strip, the Israeli war cabinet member Benny Gantz declared in a news conference in Tel Aviv that Israel will continue to target infrastructure and tunnels, and the war will continue and expand. He emphasized that Israel is facing a challenge it has not faced since its founding."

STANDUP 2 (English): WANG ZHUOLUN, Xinhua correspondent in Tel Aviv
"Here I am at the square of Tel Aviv Museum of Art, which is now known as 'Square of the Hostages and Missing.' Since the outbreak of the war between Hamas and Israel on Oct. 7, the square, next to the headquarters of Israel's military command, has become a location for hostages' families and sympathizers to gather for events. As the war has lasted over 80 days, they call for the government to prioritize the issue of hostages release rather than military actions in Gaza Strip, where 129 hostages are still being held."
