2024 Chinese New Year celebration was held in Palmerston North, New Zealand on Saturday, kicking off a series of colorful activities to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year in New Zealand.
On the Chinese culture exhibition stand hosted by the China Cultural Center in Wellington and Palmerston North Chinese School, various interactive activities, such as Chinese chess, Chinese Go, Chinese calligraphy, and Chinese paper-cutting, attracted local people.
The Chinese New Year falls on Feb. 10 this year.
