SOUNDBITE 1 (Russian): KATYA, Event participant
"We drew Chinese dragons, and they were unique. It was fascinating. I know there are dragons on the water and in the mountains. I hope to learn about how they came to be and how they fly in the sky."
SOUNDBITE 2 (Russian): LIDIYA, Event organizer
"I think we should promote (the Chinese culture). It is a very interesting culture with diverse ethnic groups. 2024 is the Year of the Dragon, and not everyone knows the tradition of celebrating the Chinese New Year. We hope to promote (the Chinese culture), and organize as many cultural activities and classes as possible."
