At Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport in Russia on February 12, 2024, a disgruntled passenger, who missed his flight to Perm by almost an hour, unleashed his frustration by smashing glass at the Pobeda Airlines representative office. Expressing his complaints to the airline's staff, the situation escalated when the passenger violently struck the dividing glass. Fortunately, none of the employees were injured in the incident. Swift action was taken, resulting in the detainment of the disruptive passenger. Subsequently, a case has been opened under the charge of "Destruction or damage to someone else's property."
