3.8 cups (560 gr) of all purposes flour (strong flour)
2 tsp (7 gr) dry brewer's yeast
1 cup (250 ml) fresh milk
5 tbsp (70 gr) granulated sugar
6 egg yolks (120 gr)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp (25 ml) Rum
130 gr butter (including 50 gr for brushing)
1 tbsp (16 gr) vanilla sugar
