Hundreds of British-Hongkongers in London call for sanctions as they rally against security law 'Article 23'
British-Hongkongers demonstrated outside the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) on the day Article 23, an expansion of the 2019 national security law was enacted (March 23).
Benedict Rogers and exiled dissident Finn Lau were amongst speakers who called for sanctions against the Hong Kong government.

Hundreds marched from the government building to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office.
