Serious Tesla car accident leaves multiple injured
On May 1st, a devastating car accident occurred in the county town of Dayu County, southern China. A Tesla Model Y, out of control, somersaulted in the air more than ten times, causing severe damage to multiple vehicles. Several pedestrians were injured, and both the female driver and the male passenger in the front seat sustained injuries of varying degrees.
Subsequently, the Dayu County Public Security Bureau issued a statement regarding the incident: At approximately 2:30 PM on May 1st, a small ordinary passenger car was traveling on Nanan Avenue in Nan'an Town, Dayu County. Due to improper emergency avoidance of pedestrians, the vehicle collided with road facilities and parked vehicles on the roadside.
The accident resulted in one person seriously injured, three people lightly injured, damage to nine vehicles in the small ordinary passenger car, and no other casualties. Currently, the injured are undergoing treatment, and accident handling is underway.
